Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the QBT Loads mobile application, the website at https://www.qbtlogisticsandsolution.com, and related services operated by QBT Logistics and Solution Private Limited ("QBT", "we", "us", or "our").

We collect information that is needed to register, verify, operate, and support load-partner services for truck owners and transporters.

• Account and profile information, including mobile number, full name, company name, city, state, preferred language, account status, KYC status, and terms acceptance records.
• KYC and compliance information, including PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, Udyam or MSME details, cheque or TDS documents where provided, and related review status.
• Bank and payout information, including account holder name, bank account number, IFSC code, verification status, and related business tax details. QBT Loads does not collect card payments or wallet payments from users in the app.
• Fleet information, including truck type, subtype, height option, vehicle number, current city selected by the user, RC document, driver name, driver mobile number, and assigned truck details.
• Load, bid, trip, payment-display, additional charge, POD, delivery, and document records, including pickup and drop addresses, trip status, uploaded POD images or files, notes, and support requests.
• Device and technical information, including app version, device or browser details, IP address, authentication/session data, push notification token, crash or error logs, and security logs.

QBT Loads does not currently request precise GPS or background location permission in the mobile app. We may process location-related business information such as pickup address, drop address, service city, current truck city selected by the user, route details, and text notes entered for trip or additional-charge records.

The app may ask for camera, photo library, media, storage, or document picker access so users can capture, select, preview, and upload KYC, vehicle, driver, trip, and POD documents. The app may ask for notification permission so we can send load, bid, trip, document, payment-status, account, and KYC updates.

• To create accounts and verify users through OTP authentication.
• To complete KYC, bank, truck, driver, and document review.
• To show matching loads, bids, assignments, trips, POD status, and payment information.
• To send operational alerts through WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, calls, or email where applicable.
• To provide customer support, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules, and keep the service secure.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, audit, dispute, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only where needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect QBT or users, or work with trusted service providers.

• Interakt for WhatsApp OTP and operational messages.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging and related Google Firebase services for push notifications and app delivery support.
• AWS S3 or equivalent cloud storage for private document upload, storage, preview, and deletion.
• Google Maps or map services for website maps and operational address support.
• Hosting, database, analytics, infrastructure, support, legal, accounting, audit, and security providers.
• Customers, logistics partners, transporters, or drivers where required for a load, trip, assignment, payment, or POD workflow.
• Government, law enforcement, tax, court, regulatory, or compliance authorities where required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authenticated access, private document storage, limited internal access, secure transmission where supported, and operational monitoring. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep information only as long as needed for service operations, legal compliance, tax and accounting requirements, audits, disputes, fraud prevention, and security. Users can delete their account from the QBT Loads app by opening the Profile tab and using the Delete account option in the Security section, or request deletion at our Delete Account page.

When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize account profile, KYC, bank, truck, driver, device-token, and uploaded account-document data from active use. Certain operational records, such as completed trips, payment records, tax records, audit logs, dispute records, and fraud-prevention records, may be retained where required or permitted by law and will be limited to the purpose for which retention is necessary.

Users may access or update profile, KYC, bank, truck, driver, language, and notification preferences in the app where available. Users may also request access, correction, deletion, or support by contacting supply@qbtlogisticsandsolution.com.

QBT Loads is intended for business users, truck owners, and transporters. It is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone who is not legally able to enter business arrangements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels.
