Delete Account

This page applies to the QBT Loads app operated by QBT Logistics and Solution Private Limited.

Open QBT Loads, tap Profile, then in the Security section tap Delete account. Confirm the request to delete your account. The app may stop deletion temporarily if you have an active assignment, active trip, pending payment, pending POD review, or pending additional-charge review.

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered business email or include your registered mobile number so we can verify the request.

• Account profile and mobile-login access from active use.
• KYC, bank, truck, driver, and document details from active use.
• Uploaded KYC, truck, and driver documents stored for the account, where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
• Push-notification tokens linked to the deleted account.

We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, audit, security, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or dispute-resolution purposes. Examples include completed trip records, payment records, invoices, audit logs, and records required to protect QBT, customers, transporters, or drivers.

In-app deletion is processed immediately when there are no blocking operational records. Email requests are reviewed after verification and are normally processed within 7 working days. Complex requests or legally retained records may take longer, and we may contact you for verification or clarification.
